What is Family Constellations?
It's an approach for revealing the hidden
dynamics in a family environment that it is holding you back, so it
can be worked through and healed.
We received so much influence from our family
and even from our ancestors. However, we are not responsible for their actions and
there is no need for us to carry other’s people beliefs or issues. This family constellation session is
a good start to clear those attachments that do not belong to us but, we are unconsciously
keeping with us. Believe it or not these attachments could cause a reaction within us even today.
This technique
involves family representation through the use of others during the
session to bring these issues forward and healed.
